I still can't think of anything.
On my resignation form, I checked the boxes to request a “certificate of employment” and a “proof of withdrawal from insurance.” I even specifically asked HR whether I needed to return to the company to collect them. HR told me they would be mailed. As a result, I waited for more than two months and received nothing. Fortunately, after I explained the situation to my new company, they were accommodating and still allowed me to report to work and start my job. Otherwise, if I had been unemployed and without a salary for these two months, would O.T.E.C. have taken responsibility?
