The salary offered during the interview was decent, but it is unclear whether it is commensurate with the job responsibilities.
For an interview for the simplest administrative position (e-commerce back office), it nevertheless took the longest. During the interview, they kept probing into my previous job and asked very detailed questions, even about performance, which made me feel very uncomfortable. It felt like they were trying to dig for something. They also kept giving off the impression that I would be hired, but in reality there was no follow-up at all, which felt terrible.
