I spent 10 minutes thinking in front of the computer and still couldn't come up with anything.
The company pays lip service to systems and procedures, but in practice it is managed arbitrarily.
Projects within the company almost never meet their deadlines, and most are of questionable quality.
The R&D department supervisor pays very close attention to subordinates' working hours. Even after completing their work, employees are still expected to stay late and pretend to work overtime. The supervisor strongly dislikes employees who leave work on time. The HR department also monitors the working hours of employees in this department; if someone leaves work too punctually, HR will call that employee's supervisor to raise concerns.
Overtime pay can only be claimed after working more than 32 hours of overtime each month. In other words, employees may have to work up to 32 hours of unpaid overtime for the company every month.
There are many long-time employees who are exclusionary. New employees currently tend to leave after about two months.
