Mine is an interview experience: The written test was super easy—basically middle school-level questions. The interview was also very relaxed. Overall, there wasn't really any difficulty to speak of. I guess that, as the process continues, the interviewer will probably focus more on the candidate's education and experience.

There were a lot of test papers, and the questions were unclear.
