1. Colleagues get along very well (excluding supervisors)
2. Leaving work promptly at 6 p.m. (this was made mandatory after a complaint was filed last year)
3. The air conditioning is kept at a comfortable constant temperature, and the office environment is simple and peaceful
4. Female employees can take menstrual leave once a month, and supervisors don’t get upset about it. This is great!
It’s not bad, but it’s not particularly good either. People who like a comfortable, uneventful workplace can stay!
1. There are no cash gifts for the three traditional holidays, only group meals
2. Every Tuesday and Wednesday, we have to arrive ten minutes early for a meeting, and the meetings are quite pointless.
3. The year-end bonus is very small (just the basic salary), only slightly more than half a month’s salary! Unless this is clearly discussed during the interview, it may be possible to negotiate a higher basic salary.
4. One person is often expected to do the work of three
5. The supervisor… it depends on whether you get along…
6. They initially said there would be a raise after the three-month probationary period, but there wasn’t. I had to bring it up myself after a year before they gave me a tiny increase…
7. Cleaning areas are assigned
8. It is mandatory to greet people enthusiastically and say goodbye
