Pros

You can use the sewing machine to make things you like while the supervisor is away.

Cons

I originally applied for the position of a talent instructor, thinking I could teach students many skills while pursuing a dream. But it turned out to be a disguised sales job. During training, at a certain point in the lessons, we were told to sell specific products. The company places greater emphasis on marketing, and we were also expected to constantly promote sewing machines. Every day, a performance report would be posted in the LINE group, and if sales were poor, we would be reprimanded! The supervisors were all long-time employees who had been there for 10 or 20 years, and they were often emotional. The salary was extremely low—NT$23,000—and bonuses were only available for selling sewing machines (there were no bonuses for other products).
