After reading the other reviews, it seems that most of them have more or less pointed out the problems with this company.

This company is truly quite strange. The boss really likes people who flatter him and obediently do as he says—for example, agreeing that he is handsome and looks young (I almost vomited first).

Or people who agree with him when he badmouths other employees (this kind of boss is really not okay; he likes criticizing one employee in front of another and frequently makes personal attacks).

I’ll set aside the issue of the boss for now, because the problem is already very obvious.

The employees who are able to stay at a company like this also have questionable values. To put it bluntly, they can only remain by colluding with one another.

Every one of them criticizes the boss as completely worthless behind his back, but immediately acts like a wagging-tailed dog in front of him, or pretends to be very supportive and firmly on his side. In particular, the people who are praised the most are the ones who criticize him most harshly behind his back. Their behavior in public and private is truly extremely polished··· Unfortunately, the boss of this company himself lacks the discernment to recognize people. All I can say is that people like this are truly frightening.

Instead of spending their time every day improving their professional skills and knowledge, the employees prefer to dig up gossip about one another and provide each other with emotional comfort.

In short, everything about this company—from the work itself and the management to the employees’ conduct—is difficult to praise.
