I never encountered this kind of situation during my interview!
The forum mentioned a white-haired, chubby person who wears glasses, but since joining the company, I haven’t seen anyone like that or known anyone similar. However, it could have been a supervisor from before I joined, so I can’t guarantee it!
Don’t you think everyone is exaggerating a bit?
For example:
1. The team structure is clear, with designated deputies for each position, and the structure between supervisors and subordinates is also transparent. The leave application process is electronic, and you state the reason for requesting leave. Supervisors generally don’t refuse leave, and during the leave period, a designated deputy will provide support.
The working conditions and atmosphere after joining the company aren’t as bad as you described.....Maybe you haven’t actually joined the company and don’t really understand the situation!
2. Benefits: There are five more days of annual leave than at general companies, and you also get an additional paid day off during your birthday month. As a woman, I also receive one day of half-paid menstrual leave every month. There are also endless snacks and drinks every day, plus regular afternoon tea on Wednesdays. I feel very happy.
Honestly, after being with the company for half a year, I’ve noticed that there currently don’t seem to be any relevant regulations regarding the company’s promotion system.
I’ve heard that OKRs are going to be introduced....but no definite timeline has been provided....
