There is a welfare office; stable.
The senior employee kept working overtime. On my very first day, they asked whether I wanted to work overtime, and then asked every day. They only agreed after I gave in to their sympathy tactics. In the end, I worked overtime while they went home (my thinking was that working together would make it less tiring). It turned out that the team leader did not allow me to work overtime at all, wanting me to adapt first. In the end, the new employee supposedly knows nothing—after work, LINE was flooded with messages about what had not been done properly. I resigned two days later.
