None—if I really have to say something, it’s that it’s very close to my home.
1. A typical exploitative boss: no overtime pay, no performance bonuses, yet the boss says, “If you want something, go after it yourself.”
2. Arriving on time counts as being late. Leaving work on time is impossible—the boss will come check on you!
3. The position title is merely for show. Regardless of your role, you can be considered the manager’s assistant. If you do a good job, it has nothing to do with you; if something goes wrong, you bear all the responsibility yourself.
4. At first, they create a very friendly and cheerful atmosphere. After about a week, all the hellish aspects come out. The boss loves spouting nonsense and boasting about their achievements, and can find fault with anything. They immediately forget what they said or instructed the next second, then blame you for not listening. Their orders change from moment to moment, they speak rudely, and they treat employees like dogs.
5. The entire company has no sense of order. The managers take the benefits, while the employees shoulder the blame when something goes wrong.
6. The entire workplace atmosphere is gloomy and lifeless. Especially when going to the pantry and passing the technology company next door—seeing how happy they look really makes me want to cry. The office is so quiet you can hear a pin drop.
7. The website the company previously used to introduce itself externally was hacked, and all the data was deleted. They must have offended quite a few people.
