Pros
The hiring manager showed great regard for the candidate. The questions were fairly in-depth, including technical analysis and long-term perspectives on projectors and panels, as well as an effort to understand the motivation for changing jobs. During the process, they were also generous in sharing information about the BU’s systems and job responsibilities. Overall, the interview process was quite pleasant.
Cons
The factory facilities clearly have a long history, and the testing equipment is also quite old. From the security guards to the reception staff, everyone seemed quite senior, so it did not really feel like being “received,” although I would not say they were impolite.
The salary is not high.
