The company’s colleagues are lively, and the company is fairly sizable.
I used to work in sales at this company and felt that the sales culture was poor. Sales staff were expected not only to entertain clients, but also to dine and drink with manufacturers and internal colleagues. Female sales employees wore very short skirts—perhaps that was part of the selling point. I once saw an experienced female sales employee bully a newer female sales employee, though this may also have been an issue specific to the department I worked in.
The performance bonuses were pitifully small. More importantly, the base salary was not high either, and there was little to expect from the year-end bonus. The benefits were not particularly good either.
