American colleagues are easy to get along with
Cons
They completely do not understand how “normal companies” operate in Taiwan and the United States
They bully Taiwanese people, offer Taiwanese people extremely poor salaries, and speak to them rudely
They do not respect Taiwanese people
They keep cutting salaries, practically reducing you to poverty in the United States
They assume that you Taiwanese people necessarily have the servile nature of being gentle, kind, courteous, restrained, and yielding, and hope to keep exploiting you
