The company is located in an old building that is incredibly far from the MRT and requires a 20-minute bus transfer, so it is only relatively convenient if you ride a motorcycle, drive, or live near the company. The office layout is quite bizarre and messy, with documents piled up all over the desks and floor, making it look like they had just moved and had not organized anything yet.

For this interview, HR proactively called to invite me. In addition to filling out the personnel information form in advance, I also had to complete a logic test and a marketing exam on-site, then wait for quite a while before being taken to the conference room. BTW, if I remember correctly, the conference room’s whiteboard was also just left on the floor.

There is nothing wrong with a manager wearing a T-shirt, but they came into the interview wearing colorful shorts that looked a lot like boxer shorts. Aside from the poor impression of their appearance, it felt as though they had only just looked at my résumé before the interview. They also kept asking questions in a skeptical tone. I was interviewing for a marketing / advertising media buying position, and they repeatedly questioned the effectiveness of my work, then asked whether I was confident that I could get up to speed within one month of joining.

All in all, this unpleasant interview experience made me start to question the quality of the company’s products.
