2. The workload isn't too heavy, making it suitable for people looking for a relaxed job or planning to pursue further studies.
Cons
1. The salary is very low—not suitable for people renting in Taipei.
2. Promotion opportunities are average.
3. The employee turnover rate is very high—not just in customer service; internal turnover is also quite high. When I was still at this company a few years ago, all five HR staff at the time had left within two years XD
