The company’s internal rules are extremely chaotic, and its processes are unclear. The boss is emotional and, whenever displeased, drags employees into the office to berate them for hours. The company has cultivated a group of sycophants who only flatter the boss, telling the boss what they want to hear to make them happy.
The company uses various methods to evade the fact that it violates the Labor Standards Act, fostering a group of employees with deeply ingrained servility.
There was even a supervisor surnamed Chu who made comments in front of the boss and employees discriminating against other colleagues based on their gender and appearance. This is a company that tolerates and covers up sexual harassment. I strongly advise anyone seeking a safe and healthy work environment not to choose this company.
