Only after joining did I find out that this was actually a position for an online bank’s annual recruitment. After passing two written exams and interviews, I finally managed to get hired, only to discover after joining that there were no colleagues—everyone had gradually resigned and left over the years. You have to go to Hsinchu for training, followed by several intensive days of classes and a series of exams and spot checks to assess the results. If they are dissatisfied, they arbitrarily pressure employees to resign during the probationary period. They have no intention of providing training and only demand that new employees immediately pack up and leave. It was the first time I felt treated like an idiot and toyed with. During the interview, they made it seem as though the candidate had been selected after an extremely careful process, but after I joined, the supervisor made hindsight excuses such as having misjudged the candidate and used insulting remarks to pressure employees into resigning. The company has not properly handled this kind of supervisor and allows them to act recklessly, so it is no wonder that the entire department has left and cannot retain anyone. This is a company that mistreats people—I strongly do not recommend it!
