1. High turnover. At present, only veteran employees and a bunch of newly hired rookies remain, creating a clear and serious gap in continuity.
2. Overtime is commonplace, but under the responsibility-based work system, no overtime pay is provided.
3. Due to the poor economic climate in recent years, bonuses have been getting smaller and smaller. Annual salaries are relatively low for the tech industry.
