If fresh graduates apply for a full-time position, they will call and tell you that because you lack experience, you should first work as an “intern.” They have impressive training and a management trainee program. The company’s standards are very high, so you cannot start directly as a full-time employee; you must first work as an intern, after which there is supposedly a high chance of being converted to a full-time position.

I have to tell all capable candidates: Don’t be fooled!!!

The company has recently been operating at a loss and wants to save money. Under no circumstances should you join and work yourself to the bone for a daily wage of 1,500.

Senior management seems to think that its company is important enough to hire top university master’s students or recruit outstanding talent from laboratories by phone to work as miscellaneous assistants for a daily wage of 1,500, deceiving them by saying they can become full-time employees. You may think you can learn something there, but everyone, you cannot. You will learn nothing. This is a hollow company. It is unclear whether senior management does not understand the company’s actual standing and is too detached from reality, is exploiting people under the guise of saving money, or both.

Senior management expects you to contribute and work hard, but the tasks you do are merely administrative chores.

You cannot get involved in what the department actually does, and they “do not intend to convert you to a full-time employee.” All the sales talk is simply aimed at getting high-level part-time workers and saving money.

In particular, if you join as a project intern, you have almost no chance at all. The work consists of miscellaneous part-time-worker chores and large amounts of ad hoc administrative work that suddenly needs to be handled across the company, which they call “projects.” You will learn absolutely nothing.

HR is very good at recruiting people, but the environment is not okay. Capable candidates should go directly to other companies to look for full-time positions.

Moreover, only the fresh graduates here can be considered somewhat talented and numerous. The full-time employees and managers are really nothing special. Do not be deceived by the job listings filling the careers page or by the high salaries.
