I have interviewed with and also worked for this company.

In fact, the company left quite a deep impression on me!

To be honest, I think it is a good thing when HR or a manager directly explains during the interview that the work is stressful and the pace is very fast.

This lets me clearly understand whether the job is a good fit for me and make the right decision—and I did join the company.

After joining, I actually found that what they said during the interview was already a conservative estimate.

The actual pace and challenges are truly incredibly fast-paced.

But so far, I am still enjoying it quite a lot because of the constant changes and assignments.

Whenever I bravely take on a challenge and successfully complete it, I feel that I have grown even more!

As for bullying newcomers, I do not know, because I have never been treated that way.

I can only say that this company is better suited to people who are independent and self-motivated.

Also, perceptions like this are subjective, so it is difficult to say definitively whether it happens or not.

Overall, I think my experience at this company has been pretty good.

I want more opportunities for development and a higher income.

It is indeed busy, but it also meets my needs.

If you want a stable and predictable work style, then this place would indeed not be a good fit.

However, if you want to work hard, make a contribution, and advance quickly,

then this is a pretty good environment for development.

It is truly full of challenges and assignments at all times.

Sometimes I am really exhausted, but I still cannot let up.
