大江生醫股份有限公司(TCI CO., Ltd)
Pros

The interview lobby is quite impressive and comfortable.

The HR representative conducting the interview was professional and friendly, and would continue to be very considerate and supportive afterward.

(But everyone they hired was driven away by internal issues.)

Cons

Why do so many people leave a company after working there for only one or two months?

It isn't because they were eliminated or lacked resilience.

It's because capable people realize what the company is really like after being lured in and then leave.

Because it truly isn't worth it. Many managers are very incompetent; the salary and job descriptions on 104 simply sound good, and many positions are posted just to look good (to maintain a good image and attract people to buy the stock).

Only some department managers are willing to show goodwill; others engage in infighting and target people.

So those of you from top universities or who have studied overseas, don't be fooled again.

The working hours are very long because many people make mistakes that affect others, but if they are good at talking, they can continue to survive in front of the boss.

As for fresh graduates,

this company also deceives young people from top universities who are "applying for full-time positions" into joining by giving them a nominal title of intern, so it only has to pay a daily wage. The observation period is three to six months.

Then you see some handsome, accomplished young people being deceived by the lie that they will be made permanent, spending their mental energy and effort on the company.

It is truly astonishing. There is also not much room for growth.

Then, after a little while, the smart people leave.

Those who remain have merely stayed longer, and eventually leave in anger.

So I suggest that everyone avoid wasting their time.

In addition, the overtime hours are very long; people do not get off work until eight or nine o'clock. This is not a matter of efficiency—if you do not work overtime, you will face pressure from superiors and colleagues in your department. Overtime is part of the culture at this company and is also a sign of agreement with it.

HR is very friendly and places great importance on talent, but departments bully newcomers (new employees from two or three departments have discussed this privately).

The R&D department receives comparatively more attention, has stronger capabilities, and is more normal.

The managers in other departments may not have particularly impressive educational or professional backgrounds, so you may not learn much after joining, nor encounter much that generates new ideas; they may not be friendly either.

You need to negotiate the salary, or it will still be pushed down.
