Interviewed in the basement. The environment was nice.

**Not sure why there are two company names; I'll leave this here again.**

I had no prior experience related to the industry when I interviewed.

The interviewer had not looked at my résumé beforehand and simply notified me to come for an interview.

Right from the start, they asked, “Hey, you don’t have any experience with cosmetics or skincare products.”

They didn’t ask any other questions and just kept circling back to this issue.

In the end, not wanting to waste time, I directly asked whether I would be on the list of candidates under consideration.

The interviewer then said again: “You don’t have relevant experience, so you have no chance.”

Then why casually invite me to an interview? Is other people’s time not time too?

If work experience in the same industry is required, please state it clearly on 104.

A manager who neither prepares in advance nor treats interviewees seriously

is unlikely to treat employees well after they join either.

It’s not even some famous brand, so what are they acting high and mighty about?? Ridiculous.

Do they think talented people would want to put up with a company with this kind of attitude? Laughable.
