After the manager interview, notification of the result was repeatedly delayed. Even after being informed that I was hired, I waited a long time without receiving a call from HR. In between, I had to wait anywhere from several days to several weeks and keep following up. Each time I asked, they handled only one thing and completely failed to follow the SOP. Communication between departments was poor, and the HR representative's tone was extremely unpleasant. Later, they even falsely reported the salary I had requested at the time, saying, “I remember you asked for a very high amount.” The key point is that, after checking, it was not the figure I had actually given. I strongly advise everyone to record the contents of phone calls. This HR department is truly ridiculous. For such a large company, this is unbelievably embarrassing. They are dishonest and completely inefficient. Small details can reveal what the system is like, so think twice before joining. It is extremely disrespectful and a waste of other people's time.
