The interview was held in an open space because the meeting rooms were in use (felt bad)

The interviewer was wearing a black mask, and some of the things he said were completely contrary to my résumé. I almost thought he had mistaken me for someone else (disrespectful to the interviewee)

There was also a company introduction of at least fifteen A4 pages. Several pages told me to read them myself and then ask questions. What left the deepest impression was one page stating that, after observing for six or seven years, their general manager had identified four shortcomings of Taiwanese people, one of which was a fear of failure (Were there really enough people in the sample to make such a generalization about Taiwanese people? Are there no such people in Japan? It felt discriminatory.)

My overall impression of this company was that they have a very high opinion of themselves. If you are even slightly soft, they will walk all over you
