Can't think of any
1. About 15 years ago (that's really how long it's been), I worked here for three months as an advertising planner. The salary I received then was exactly the same as the salary being offered now.
2. It seems this company has made no progress at all, because even back then, foreign teachers were paid more than local staff and received overtime pay, while local staff did not—even when they had higher or equivalent educational qualifications.
3. There is no overtime pay for supporting activities on holidays. They always talk about enthusiasm, but in reality, it's just exploiting free labor.
4. Extremely high turnover.
5. A lot of internal office politics.
6. Clock in when you start work, but operate under a responsibility-based system after work—this should be reported.
