The company is strange—there’s a purple-clad religious group, and they divide people into a bunch of senior management positions. In the end, there are more managers than employees, and everyone spends all day being busy with pointless tasks. The boss is stingy and has never reflected on the company’s systems. The turnover rate is ridiculously high.
