The company is strange, with a purple-clad religious group. They divide employees into a bunch of senior management positions, so there are more managers than employees. Everyone spends the whole day keeping busy with pointless tasks. The boss is stingy and has never reflected on the company’s systems. The turnover rate is absurdly high.
