This is absolutely not intentionally biased; truly, there are none.

This company is a major problem in every respect, from the work itself to its personnel organization.

Regarding the work, this company is an industrial valve agent. Because the owner does not value technology or expertise, but only cares about how much money can be obtained from bids and whether employees will “completely obey” and follow his instructions, even when they are unreasonable, it is impossible for employees with ideas and capabilities to stay. In this job, unless you are willing to spend your off-hours studying on your own, or build good relationships with people at the work site and learn new knowledge from the factories and them, you truly cannot learn much. Most importantly, application engineers and assistant application engineers—and even sales staff, though not necessarily—are brought in essentially to serve as supervisors’ assistants.

There is no overtime pay here. If you leave work on time, the owner will start watching you or repeatedly say classic lines typical of exploitative bosses, hoping you will do more and stay longer, but he simply will not pay overtime.

As for bonuses, the owner only makes empty promises and even exaggerates how much bonuses senior employees received, apparently believing that no one will ever accidentally discover his lies.

Regarding the personnel organization, it should be said that there is no organization here at all. When you come here, your superiors are the owner, the owner’s wife, and the managers. You can think of it as a family business (though one with fewer than ten people), and there are many people you need to watch out for. Any inadvertent action of yours may be slandered and spread as a rumor by people who deliberately want to harm you. The key point is that the owner here has no ability to filter rumors.

In short:

If you are someone with big dreams and strong abilities, do not set foot in this company under any circumstances. Your abilities will attract jealousy, suspicion, and all kinds of nitpicking. Go somewhere that can genuinely develop your professional knowledge. Do not come to a place where you cannot build your capabilities and constantly have to exhaust yourself mentally guarding against many foolish trivial matters. It is absolutely, completely not worth it.

Also, regarding the “good” review below, just take it with a grain of salt.

It really should not be necessary to go so far as to whitewash your own reviews.

If your own company has problems, properly reflect on what those problems are (although that is impossible).

Do not come here and mislead more young people into joining this kind of company.

Everything the other reviews said about the bad aspects is true; they were even much more polite in their descriptions.
