You won’t be docked pay for arriving late, because you stamp your own time card, and the supervisor doesn’t arrive on time either.
1. Besides expecting one person to do the work of ten thousand, the entire company has virtually no SOPs, and the processes are very chaotic.
2. The assistant manager often assigns tasks during mealtimes and after work, making it impossible to properly eat, rest, or leave on time (and you’ll even get a sour look for leaving on time).
3. As the senior employee said, the only assistant manager is very inefficient. Everything gets continually delayed, so you have to keep asking for updates and watching his mood (even though all matters are required to go through this one assistant manager).
4. The assistant manager likes to divide people into cliques and enjoys talking behind others’ backs. He is very rude, using vulgar language to make fun of others.
5. The company does not pay overtime, because time cards are stamped with fixed-time stamps. You have to stamp four times: in the morning, at the start of the lunch break, at the end of the lunch break, and when leaving work.
6. You have to hold a morning meeting every day to report your daily report from the previous day. On Fridays, you compile these into a weekly report, then report the same running account again at the meeting on the following Monday.
7. As the senior employee said, the assistant manager really does prioritize his own interests, making it difficult for subordinates to work. Much of the time is spent waiting for the assistant manager to respond.
8. During the interview, the future vision is described beautifully, but once you start working, the assigned duties are very strange. What is thought, said, and done is often inconsistent.
9. Internal information is extremely disorganized. Files for the same case are scattered everywhere, and often the things you need simply aren’t there. A lot of time is wasted looking for things.
10. You need to be physically fit to work at this company. Goods are constantly being moved back and forth, like the Foolish Old Man removing mountains.
11. Even privately addressed packages sent to the company are forcibly opened, photographed, and uploaded to the group chat for everyone to see.
12. The company often shows very little respect for employees’ privacy and belongings. If seats need to be changed, they will directly move your personal items without asking at all.
13. You often have to ride a scooter back and forth between the company and the factory to receive goods for QC. The supposedly internal administrative work is basically warehouse work at the factory.
There is a lot more that could be said, but it really would never end.
This company has a very high turnover rate—I’m really not making this up. Is it really this outrageous? Anyone who wants a challenge can give it a try.
