Basically, getting along with everyone except the senior executives is fairly pleasant.
The boss is obsessed with grandstanding but extremely unprofessional, and lacks the judgment to assess anything properly.
They frequently arrange collaborations with terrible vendors, and the managers they hire also have little professional ability and spend all day wandering around.
They often use messaging apps to pressure junior staff. Even though they are the boss, they often act like a PM,
meddling in everything, showing extreme disrespect for professional expertise and failing to consider the company's production capacity, knowing only how to order subordinates to keep working and working.
They think putting on a façade will make everything go smoothly. Despite having money for renovations, they frequently delay salary payments.
Driven by vanity, their responses to clients are always, “We can do that,” “That’s no problem,” and “We’ll get it done for you, even if we have to work overtime.”
As a result, they constantly let their own company get heavily taken advantage of by outside clients and vendors, and it is routine to have to continue working after getting home.
Naturally, there is no overtime pay.
