Cons

The working environment is very poor. Every day, I am exposed to cooking fumes and get splashed with oil. There is no additional compensation or injury allowance. The salary is very low and not proportional to the workload. For deliveries, employees even have to pay for their own fuel, and no meal is provided. The hours are also very long. It is still a responsibility-based work system, with no overtime pay and no year-end bonus. The seniority-based system is excessive. One person is doing the work of two or three people. The salary system is basically just a play on words: if performance targets are not met, employees are pressured to make up the performance shortfall with their wages. There is no such thing as a performance bonus; it is merely wordplay in the salary system. The promotion system is fundamentally poor—it is just a title to make the position look good, while the salary does not actually increase. The boss has communist-style thinking and is very good at manipulating people. They are constantly playing on personal relationships; in reality, it is simply a way to retain people through emotional pressure. They act like a god one moment and a devil the next, while pretending to be a gentleman. Recently, they also started handling food-delivery orders through Panda, which increased the workload without increasing pay. The number of orders increased, but the salary became even lower. The staffing remained the same, with only two people working. In reality, the boss has never considered the employees’ well-being, treating people like slaves and dogs. They cannot afford to pay proper wages and are constantly using personal relationships to manipulate people. All the performance is generated by the employees, yet even without losing money, employees still get deductions from their pay. If someone gets burned, they are mocked for having poor technique. If performance targets are not met, they are told they are not working hard enough. This is effectively a disguised pay cut. I have also heard that former long-term employees were driven away by the boss in the same way. This boss has no gratitude at all. Everyone, remember this: do not come work here under any circumstances. Take heed.
