The working hours are very long, there is no overtime pay, and the environment is terrible. It is also a duty-based system, and the salary figures involve wordplay. There are a lot of rules in the employee handbook. One person's workload is equivalent to that of two or three people. Managers at all levels are very harsh, and the seniority system is deeply entrenched. The promotion system is poor. The workload and hours are not proportional to the salary. Basically, people who are not short of money, have ideals and a future, have a family, or want a normal life should not come work here. The only people for whom this might be beneficial are those interested in learning kung fu, those who want to open a shop, people whose lives are dark and directionless, passersby, and people on the run.
