The company is extremely cliquish, both in the office and externally. People love gossiping and cannot stand seeing others do well. There are a bunch of old-fashioned people whose thinking is still very conservative, stingy, and petty despite what era this is. Even if you perform well, you may be forced out or have your salary cut, with some really lousy excuses given… The entire class only gets a total of 80 minutes of break time, and when working alone, it is impossible to take the full break. This violates the Labor Standards Act. In short, it is a company that does not help your career.
