The company’s cliques are extremely serious, both in the office and externally. People love to gossip and cannot stand seeing others do well. There are many old-fashioned people whose thinking is still very conservative, stingy, and narrow-minded despite the times. Even employees who perform well may be forced out or have their salaries reduced, with some really poor excuses given... The entire class only gets a total of 80 minutes of break time, and one person working alone simply cannot take the full break, which violates the Labor Standards Act.
