Violates as many as 10 provisions of the Labor Standards Act.
1. The employer only pays half of the labor and health insurance premiums, and even underreports salaries despite the high pay. (I heard that health insurance was provided after someone reported them?)
2. Constantly changing policies: The original store working hours were 13:30–21:30, but they were changed to starting at 13:00 (more than 8 hours). There is a system of fines for clocking in late. For photographers, it goes without saying—it’s probably 10–12 hours or more.
3. No overtime pay: After-hours work is treated as voluntary “merit.” The employer assigns you an unmanageable pile of work, then tells the judge: “I never asked them to work overtime! They chose to work overtime themselves.”
4. Annual leave exists in name only: After completing 3 years, you get 2 days (the Labor Standards Act provides 14 days), and you can only take them in July (I have since resigned). (By the way, of course they don’t pay you for leave they don’t provide.)
5. About 5 or 6 days off per month / no national holidays / no mandatory one day off in every seven⋯ The company places itself above the Labor Standards Act.
6. All kinds of deductions~Seeing is believing; go test your limits~
⋯⋯There’s too much to list. Anyone interested can search for “illegal companies” and enter the company keyword, with the date range 1070901–1071130. OVER
