<<<<<Regarding headquarters (non-store positions)>>>>>
1. 1.5-hour lunch break (although work occasionally still has to be rushed)
2. The bosses are generally quite approachable
3. Colleagues are quite easy to get along with
4. Most L'Oréal product purchases at the employee price can be significantly cheaper than the market price~
1. If the salary is like this when you join, there is probably no room for further growth (if you are someone who values visible salary growth / there may be more possibilities in store positions?).
2. You should absolutely not expect much from the bonuses.
3. Campaign activities are not planned annually as projects, but planned month by month, so the activity schedules are often delayed. Internal procurement, marketing personnel, logistics—anyone involved with campaign activities—will definitely have to work under considerable time pressure.
