1. Some long-serving employees make for a fairly stable core team.
2. The Neihu headquarters environment is okay, but it is very small, with no dedicated OA seating.
3. Developers working in the company do not need to work overtime.
1. Those with any qualifications or experience need not even consider it! A petty, narrow-minded company.
2. Before starting, they require you to sign a consent form, including:
During the probationary period, the company may terminate your probation at any time.
Work performed during the first ten days after starting is unpaid.
A company that never takes a loss!!
3. The computer subsidy is paid in installments, and there is no subsidy during the probationary period!
4. There is no clocking in or out; it is an accountability-based system, so there are essentially no records of working hours. When they ask you to work overtime, on weekdays you can only take compensatory leave. You must first submit a planned overtime form and, after it is approved, submit an actual overtime form. The same matter has to be signed off several times.
5. When a project is not going smoothly or is delayed, they require you to work overtime every evening on weekdays (and still at the client’s site).
6. Full of old-timers who throw their weight around—a small company with big-official attitudes!
