There is something to eat.
In September 2019, the General Manager of E-Commerce repeatedly reorganized the department and arbitrarily moved people's workstations. Using a communist-style system, he introduced a completely arbitrary “personal behavior rating points” system, with no standards for deductions or bonuses. He alone had the final say, which was outrageous.
He also rigidly required contract employees to work shifts on holidays and forced all employees to cooperate with shift changes, without overtime pay or compensatory leave, in violation of labor laws. Moreover, the shift-change arrangements were not clearly put in writing. Managers were instructed to apply pressure and communicate them verbally; if anyone objected, they resorted to a combination of coercion and emotional blackmail. Over time, this caused many outstanding colleagues to resign.
Many new employees were hired, and due to the lack of manpower, their quality was uneven.
