None, it felt awful
The interviewer was quite sarcastic, repeatedly belittling my previous company, saying it was not respectable and had never experienced major opportunities involving publicly listed companies, and therefore could not handle businesses like international chains and banks.
The awkward thing is that my previous company specifically focused on the banking industry, and had worked with quite a few publicly listed companies.
It was also a strategic partner of Hongye.
It was truly ridiculous—they did not even recognize their own partner. When I pointed this out, the interviewer immediately became defensive and ended the interview, leaving me completely speechless about this company.
Also, when I asked about whether bonuses were paid, the interviewer mocked me by saying that young people should not focus so much on money, and that employees should simply do whatever the company says. It was extremely disrespectful.
By the way, I interviewed for a position at its subsidiary, although the interviewer also works for the parent company.
