At first, I applied to this company.

Their HR wanted me to participate in the Build School training program organized in collaboration with 聖森.

In the final interview, just as I mentioned in my previous post, they made fun of a former employee.

(Previously, a classmate went to work there as a programming intern, but was ultimately assigned to customer service.)

Then they mocked that classmate, saying that she would have a hard time finding a job.

She was an intern precisely because she was a beginner.

They didn't give her the opportunity to be assigned to customer service, and then laughed at her for having difficulty finding a job.

Finally, they told me that their positions were highly competitive, and that if I wanted to squeeze into this round of applications, I needed to submit one LeetCode problem solution every day.

So I foolishly kept doing it. The results had already been released and they were already collecting fees, while I was still stupidly submitting solutions.

The worst part was that whenever I submitted one, they would reply,

"Keep working hard and加油."

They had absolutely no intention of telling me that I hadn't been accepted.

A company that disrespects people and wastes their time.
