Completely fails to comply with the Labor Standards Act
Taking sick leave results in a full-day wage deduction—over NT$1,000
Only 4 days of annual leave after completing one year of employment
Overtime pay only counts if approved by a supervisor
Continually scheduled for more than six consecutive days, with only one day off
Does not treat employees like human beings
Even after resigning, you will be subjected to sarcastic remarks
Supervisors do not know how to lead people; they just talk and then leave you to deal with things
Overtime pay calculation:
Basic salary / number of days in the month / hours worked that day × 1.33 × hours
The resulting amount is also extremely, extremely low
