You get to enjoy the best equipment and attentive care from the very beginning, only to be fired when the off-season arrives.

How can Taiwan’s workplace culture establish a good system? At first, I didn’t understand why, apart from the owner, the person with the longest tenure at this company had only been there for one year. Later, I realized that this company had long since fallen far short of what could be considered “normal.” For example, the salary promised at the beginning was completely different from the salary actually paid; new employees were not provided with a complete system for training, so they could not gain an in-depth understanding of how each case operated; people were hired during the busy season and fired during the off-season; leaving work on time made you feel as though you had done something wrong; and the owner was out of touch with reality most of the time...

I’m leaving this review to say that if I had read this comment before joining the company, I would not have joined—and I would have been very grateful for the warning from those who came before me.
