I have been working here for several years. The company frequently has visitors from different countries, so my English correspondence and communication skills have improved very quickly.

The boss is also very willing to invest in the development of motivated colleagues. Engineers who have been employed for at least one year have approximately two opportunities each year to visit and learn at factories in Europe, the United States, and Asia. I have already traveled abroad twice this year.

Salaries are adjusted by 5%–15% every year. An annual bonus equivalent to 3–5 months of full salary is standard, and it can be even higher. When I received my first annual bonus after completing a full year, I was genuinely moved by the amount.

There are also bonuses for the Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival. If business performance is good, additional bonuses are distributed from time to time. This year, such additional bonuses have already been paid twice. None of the several companies I worked for previously ever gave Mid-Autumn Festival or Dragon Boat Festival bonuses.

Supervisors and colleagues are also easy to get along with.

People who are not proactive and just want to coast should not apply; supervisors do not like this type of person.

There is no overtime pay, but this was disclosed and agreed upon during the interview. In any case, the bonuses are already quite good.
