No pros!

I strongly advise Taiwanese people who want to gain overseas experience in mainland China: if you see or receive a job posting or call from this company, reject it outright.

First, the salary they discuss with you over the phone will tempt you, but the devil is in the details. Aside from not providing Taiwan's labor and health insurance, they will only tell you after you arrive that Taiwanese employees have to take turns working shifts on holidays. Even when they said you would take holidays together with mainland Chinese employees, you still have to make up the workdays. If you do not make them up, they will deduct your pay. The meals they provide are like swill, and every day you have to live under the boss's threats. They deduct 300 RMB from your pay at the slightest provocation. Am I here to suffer for nothing? The policies change every day and become increasingly harsh. The Taiwanese employees here were not driven away by mainland Chinese employees; rather, Taiwanese employees are being forced out by other Taiwanese employees acting on senior management's instructions. Think about it: if this Taiwanese company treats Taiwanese employees this way, how could it treat mainland Chinese employees any better? No wonder people resign in droves every day. They also force Taiwanese employees out in order to save on salaries and airfare.
