The company's overall environment is good.
The company is constantly recruiting on 104. According to the supervisor, some people left during their probation period because they were unsuitable for the role, but it is unclear whether they were dismissed or resigned. However, the main reason was that the job responsibilities were too diverse. At the time, the supervisor gave me a verbal offer, but it was rejected during the approval process because the salary was too high. There was no further news until I received a rejection letter. Fortunately, I did not resign from my current job; otherwise, I would have suffered a major loss.
