The advantage is that there really are no advantages.
The boss is too stingy. They never provide the things they promised.
They even try to save money on employee gatherings.
There are only two or three employees, after all.
They’re really good at making excuses to avoid gatherings. It’s really irritating to watch.
Who would want to work seriously under these conditions?
Their ideas are too misguided.
There’s no way to communicate with them.
They also disagree with another Ms. Lin. Whose instructions are we supposed to follow?
Can’t they reach a consensus??? Is communication really that difficult?
No wonder employees never stay long. There’s no handover.
