The CEO is ill (bipolar disorder)

He curses at people at the drop of a hat!

Work could also involve communicating comfortably,

so I cannot understand why the CEO always wants things to be so “confrontational.”

He asks us to come up with ideas ourselves.

We come up with 123,

and he berates us for not coming up with ABC.

So we revise it to ABC,

and he also berates us for not coming up with 甲乙丙?!

So we revise it again to 甲乙丙,

and he still berates us for not coming up with 123... speechless.

The CEO keeps saying: He is someone who does great things,

he wants to earn several hundred million,

it is a company that is going public,

and others should be begging him!...

The problems are:

1. It has burned money for three years without making a profit.

2. The entire company, including the CEO, has only seven people.

3. The product content is already no longer competitive.

4. It is a startup; “理念” alone will not generate profits.

I suggest that anyone considering joining think twice before proceeding.

There are problems with the workplace and the management style.

It is simply a bad working environment—unless you like being humiliated, yelled at, nitpicked, and underpaid every day...
