In the Quality Assurance Department, OBA staff are expected to teach, but they do not teach.
After looking at PCB boards for a month, they still said I lacked the experience to work the night shift.
They never teach anything, yet still say I lack experience.
When looking at a PCB board, I cannot make any sense of it, and every board has to be inspected.
If I do not inspect them, I will be asked why I am not looking at them.
If another station finds a problem and I want to understand what the problem is,
I am also told that I never look at the boards.
I also suggested that I wanted to learn more and wanted to learn IPQC, but there has been no follow-up for a long time.
Other stations are either very boring or have coworkers who are very talkative.
The best station is the Packaging Department.
The company is almost entirely staffed by dispatched workers.
In the end, because I was leaving the job, I was forced to stay one extra day before I could leave.
I said that I could not, but they said my attitude was very bad.
It is really just terrible.
Unless someone likes boring, mindless work
