First, there was a phone interview with HR that lasted about 30 minutes. Then I was invited to an in-person interview at the company. After that interview, I was invited back to the company for another interview and an on-site test lasting about an hour and a half. There were about three interviews in total, back and forth. It felt like the company was very serious about hiring.

I don't know whether HR didn't know how to handle things or whether the company simply does not respect interviewees. After going back and forth through three interviews—not counting the time I spent preparing beforehand—the interviews took a total of about three to four hours. They did not even provide a result about whether I was hired; they simply left me hanging, and I waited a long time without hearing anything. I emailed to ask, but they completely ignored me, as if they had disappeared. Is it really that difficult to send a rejection letter? An interviewee's time is not considered time at all.
