When it's quiet, it can get so boring that you'll question your existence.
Cons
After starting work at the store, you'll be overflowing with negative energy.
Be prepared to be yelled at.
Whether you've done anything wrong or not,
or whether you didn't follow the required order,
even people with strong mental resilience won't be able to take it.
Unless you have no thoughts or personality,
being a puppet controlled by others, suited to people without independent thought.
Remember that you are expected to know everything about everyone and everything.
If no one tells you, you have to ask proactively; if no one teaches you, you have to learn from being yelled at.
When you encounter something unreasonable, either laugh it off and keep going to work,
or get fined—the reason will make you sick to your stomach.
Or resign; it's still relatively easy to leave within three months.
